Process for experiencing the AR Party game

Step 1: Download AR Party mobile app

You will need the ARParty mobile app to complete the game experience. Before purchasing, please download the app from the ARParty official website and ensure that your phone can successfully install and register.

Step 2: Purchase ticket

Select the game you want to experience and the location where you wish to play. Choose the number of players and purchase your tickets. Before buying, please contact customer service to confirm the availability of the game venue.

Step 3: Purchase facilitator and NPC package (Optional)

To save costs, you can choose to organize the game yourself, our customer service team will provide remote support for everything you need.

Alternatively, you can purchase the Facilitator and NPC package. We will send professional facilitator and NPCs to assist you on-site, and this package includes exclusive game content, which can greatly enhance your gaming experience.

Step 4: Receive the mission card

After your purchase is successful, we will mail the mission card to the address you provided. Shipping will take approximately 3 business days. Alternatively, you can request an digital version of the mission card from customer service, which you can print yourself or scan directly to start the game (for this, you will need two devices).

Step 5: Enter the game

After completing the first 4 steps, you will receive a 6-digit code. Let all your players enter this code in the app to start the game.
